Travel Fee's

All wedding photography packages include travel within the city of Orlando, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. For all other destination weddings, the client is responsible for all travel costs including flights, accommodation, meals, transport etc. Here is a rounded figure of our more popular destination areas listed below. These prices are roundtrip and all inclusive.
Anything out of the state of Florida is a flat travel fee of $1,200 this includes two roundtrip tickets, hotel and food for two days. If you want to add an additional day to this package for rehearsal dinners, trash the dress session, honeymoon session please contact us for a customized quote.
Anything out of the country is a flat travel fee of $2,200 this includes two roundtrip tickets hotel and food for two days. If you want to add an additional day to this package for rehearsal dinners, trash the dress session, honeymoon session please contact us for a customized quote.

There are absolutely no hidden costs on any of our packages, however, small traveling fees do apply for areas outside the coverage area as noted above. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date. Also, please note that there is a 25% surcharge for all weddings that land on a holiday.
